The digital product design, web architecture, 3D character modeling, and UI/UX design system for Kargo360 (kargo360.ai) — an AI-enabled, cloud-native SaaS platform revolutionizing air cargo management for airlines, GSAs, and GHAs worldwide.
Aviation freight software has historically suffered from outdated, clunky legacy interfaces. Our design approach for kargo360.ai unified complex multi-tenant workflows into an intuitive, high-velocity SaaS ecosystem. To make the technical platform warm and approachable, we modeled custom 3D digital human characters (developed in iClone and Character Creator) serving as interactive guides, visual anchors, and digital brand avatars across web hero banners and client touchpoints.
Navigating the Complexities
Balancing the dense data needs of air freight operations—A2A (Airport-to-Airport), D2D (Door-to-Door), customs clearance, and real-time airway bill tracking—with modern visual clarity. Additionally, rigging and animating photorealistic 3D characters to seamlessly interact with animated web hero banners and responsive UI elements without slowing down page load performance.
Strategic Execution
Architected a modular component library and information hierarchy starting from low-fidelity UX wireframes. Modeled and textured custom 3D avatars representing airline operations leads and ground handling specialists.
